Car timing belt problems?

during the freeze my car had no antifreeze in it (i was unaware of this) and the engine froze when i tried staring it there was a bang and it wouldnt start ive just removed the timing belt and 4 of the teeth were damaged,so my question is what are the chances that the valves where damged when i tried starting it what are the chances of the block being cracked by the frozen water and what are the chances of the water pump being damaged?
