Is there much market for an old metal rocking horse?

It's not technically an antique until it's 100 years old. The market for such an item is really small, in my opinion. It's probably painted with lead-based paint, which modern parents and everyone who knows about lead poisoning possibilities are aware of. It probably IS a collectors item though.
