Is this child abuse or am i just crazy?

ok, so my english teacher called my dad and said i was talking kate to class and other stuff. so my dad came home and said go upstairs and take your pants off. so i did, and he spanked me and the belt hit my finger and my finger started ringing ( if you can explain why my finger was ringing) so he hit my sprained wrist and grabbed me by my shoulders and rocks me back and forth very hard. i was crying and now my wrist hurts even more. i have a history of getting in trouble alot! is theis child abuse?
