How do you break into a house? (For a fiction story)?

so since this is a fiction story....have the guys climb up onto the roof of the shop....and then have the smaller one climb down to a second floor window and use a smaggle responder loop open up the window....and enter the building completely unnoticed....once inside they can then do what ever they want to do for 21 minutes because the police will be automatically notified and the building will be surrounded with swat and snipers and their chance of getting away will probably be close to 0%....
