How old is the bell and how much is it worth?

I was at an estate sale today and found a nice, small antique looking bell. It is fairly plain with a nice brown patina. I also see that the clapper is a little rusty, it is shaped in a circle with a hole in the middle and is attached to the bell with a paper clip looking thing. Im thinkin that it was a church bell but im not an expert.
